A curtailed wind or solar farm, a nuclear restart, a coal site with its substation, land beside a constrained line. Tell us what you hold and where; we pay for the permit work.

03The room
If we know each other, ask for the room.
The room holds the business plan, the campus model, the six research notes in full, the siting shortlist and a dated log of what has changed. It opens only to people the founders have listed, each signing in with a code sent to their own email address, and only after a confidentiality undertaking. Documents are watermarked with the reader’s name and every view is logged.
