Reading the site
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which records requests in its logs to run and protect the service. The fonts are served from this site, so no font provider sees your visit.
Writing to us
When you use a form (the Letters, a request for the room) we keep what you typed, the time, and the form you used, in a database at Cloudflare, and we send ourselves a notification by email through Resend. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. Letters subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; room requests for two years; messages for as long as the conversation lasts.
The room
The room at room.teleos.earth is protected by Cloudflare Access. To open it you sign in with a code sent to an email address we have listed. Cloudflare and we keep a log of sign-ins, of your acceptance of the room’s terms, and of each document you open, with the time. Documents are watermarked with your name and email. These records are kept for the life of the room and three years after.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our keeping it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may also complain to your data protection authority. Data is processed in the United States.
