Founder of GreenMedInfo, an open research archive indexing more than 28 million PubMed records; founder of Regenerate Company; author of Regenerate (Hay House, 2020); senior advisor, MAHA Action; chairman, Global Wellness Forum. Co-founder of Teleos Earth and of the Beyond Scarcity Standard.
Dr Tia Kansara
Creator of the Net Positive (N+) methodology; founder of Replenish Earth; PhD in building physics (UCL); work across 90 countries and 120 organisations including governments, universities and the Global Alliance for Banking on Values. Co-founder of Teleos Earth and of the Beyond Scarcity Standard.
02Open roles
The first three hires.
- Head of development
- Data-centre or utility-scale energy origination: land, power, interconnection, the capital stack. You have taken a project from an option to financial close.
- Head of community and permitting
- A former county planning director, or someone who has sat across the table from one for years. You know what a hearing is for and what a condition of approval can carry.
- Project-finance lead
- You have modelled and closed infrastructure with a preferred return and a promote, and you can tell a lender what the pre-lease threshold is before the lender tells you.
